Actionline, in collaboration with a major banking institution, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a General Manager in a modern and well-organized office environment located in Gerakas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing and managing the daily agenda (meetings, communication, scheduling).
- Handling correspondence, documents, and filing systems.
- Preparing reports and internal presentations.
- Supporting workflow processes and tracking requests via SAP or similar systems.
- Coordinating with other departments across the Bank.
Required Qualifications:
- University/College degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Strong command of MS Office tools, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems will be considered an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
- Strong organizational skills, professional demeanor, and discretion.
