You will participate in the full recruitment cycle, undertaking end -to -end recruitment projects for various clients. Our mission is clear: to match the perfect candidate with the right job!


A day at work:

You will:

👉 Participate in all recruiting activities to include: job description creation, sourcing, advertising positions, screening, phone interviewing, interviews and hires in order to fulfill the timely placement of our projects

👉Develop and manage a network of IT active and passive candidates and grow it

👉Ensure timely and efficient communication with clients as well as with candidates



👉 Bachelor’s or/ and Master’s degree of HR or other.

👉 Minimum 1 –  2 years’ experience related with screening, interviewing and assessing candidates for Technology roles through a Technology/Consulting organization

👉 Experience in recruitment processes and platforms

👉 Fluency in English

👉 Very good problem-solving skills, with the ability to think both logically and creatively.

👉 Self-motivation with the desire to deliver high quality results within the agreed timelines
