We are looking for our client, for a Menswear Designer to join the Design Team and contribute to the creative process of one of Greece’s leading menswear brands.
Based in Peristeri, the role offers the opportunity to work closely with the design team on the development of seasonal collections, gaining hands-on experience across the full design process. The ideal candidate is a talented and passionate designer who can translate the Navy & Green aesthetic into well-crafted, commercially successful products.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and develop menswear collections in line with the brand’s identity and seasonal direction
· Create technical drawings, patterns and detailed specifications for production
· Research trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes relevant to the brand positioning
· Work closely with product development and suppliers to ensure design quality and fit
· Participate in fittings and make necessary design adjustments
· Support the creative process from concept development to final product
Requirements
· Degree in Fashion Design or a related field
· 3+ years of experience in menswear design
· Strong understanding of garment construction and fabrics
· Ability to develop patterns and understand garment construction
· Proficiency in CorelDraw and design software
· Ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent written and spoken English
