Administrative Assistant

ΥΠΟΒΟΛΗ ΒΙΟΓΡΑΦΙΚΟΥ

Actionline, in collaboration with a major banking institution, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a General Manager in a modern and well-organized office environment located in Gerakas.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and managing the daily agenda (meetings, communication, scheduling).
  • Handling correspondence, documents, and filing systems.
  • Preparing reports and internal presentations.
  • Supporting workflow processes and tracking requests via SAP or similar systems.
  • Coordinating with other departments across the Bank.


Required Qualifications:

  • University/College degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
  • Strong command of MS Office tools, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
  • Strong organizational skills, professional demeanor, and discretion.
