On behalf of our client, an Architectural Design Office, we are seeking a Project Manager to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and supervising studies and construction works
- Preparing reports and providing updates to the Project Director
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering (Technical University / University)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supervision and coordination of construction sites for building projects
- Relevant experience in office buliding construction and buliding renovations will be considered an asset, as well as experience in similar studies for private or public projects
- Ability to prepare quantity take-offs, measurements, and project budgets
- Excellent Command of English (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Skills
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities
- Strong analytical and information evaluation skills
- Ability to set priorities and respond promptly to project needs
- Diligence, consistency, and adherence to procedures
- Experience with Law 4412 regarding Public Works will be considered an asset
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project will be considered an asset
